*8 *Handwashing sink in the warewashing area is not accessible for use.
Various items are present in and on top of sink bowl.
Remove all items to ensure handwashing sink is accessible for employee use at all times.

*14 *A black and grey mold-like substance is present in the ice chute of the self-service beverage dispenser.
Affected area must be cleaned and sanitized prior to next use.

 Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
*19 *Hot dog (126°F) on the hot-holding rollers (left unit), taquito (126°F) on the hot-holding rollers (right unit) and chicken wings (122°F) in the counter-top hot-holding case were measured below range for hot-holding temperature.
Hot food must be held at 135°F and below.
Affected products were re-heated during inspection and placed back into hot-holiding units.
 Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
*20 *Sauerkraut (51°F) and ambient air temperature (52°F) in the TurboAir refrigerated condiments station were measured above range for cold-holding temperature.
Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF.
Sauerkraut was discarded during inspection.
No time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods may be stored in this unit until refrigerator is maintaining temperature at 41°F and below.
 Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
36 *A dead mouse was found in a snap trap on the floor below electrical panels in employee area. Mouse droppings were also observed.
Remove and discard dead mouse and droppings. Clean affected area.
Contact facility's exterminator with findings and for additional monitoring and/or treatment if necessary.

46 Facility does not have testing strips which are to be used to measure concentration of sanitizing solution.
